Leon Mayer has been a member of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) since 2010, where he refined his ability to accurately assess an investment's value. Working on the NYMEX honed his skill for rapid risk assessment and quick strategic movement; a powerful skill for face-to-face negotiating. Leon also learned how to create a long-term investment plan based on market movements. He started in the Oil Markets, but quickly expanded to precious metals such as platinum, palladium, gold, and silver. To this day he applies these skills in all his endeavors.

In 2013 Leon began financing real estate acquisitions as a passive investor in the United States and abroad, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Georgia, Florida, California, and Israel. In 2016 he completed his first real estate syndication and continues to acquire properties and review different investments.

Leon seeks opportunities that are mutually beneficial and sound investments. His business ethic is inspired by his father, a large platinum trader on the NYMEX, who always said “When everyone makes money, everyone is happy”. Leon ensures that all investors and involved parties are satisfied with all transactions and agreements. Leon maintains outstanding relationships with both sellers and buyers proving his integrity and commitment.
